Billing¶

Your subscriptions lists what you are on — plans, seats and billing in one place. See available plans shows what else there is.

Payment¶

Add a credit or debit card registers a payment method; without one the page says No payment method on file. Cards are handled by the payment provider, so those steps take you out of the app, and invoices live there rather than here.

Top up adds credit against usage, with its own Amount and Currency.

Seats¶

Expand a subscription to reach its seats. Add seat adds one, and Share quota between seats decides whether the seats draw on one shared allowance or hold separate ones — the difference between a team pooling its storage and each person having their own.

A subscription has an owner, and — exactly as with teams — the owner is not automatically a beneficiary of it: Add myself to this subscription is there for that.

The early bird gift¶

Accounts that existed on 19 August 2026 carry a subscription called Early bird gift: 1 design system and 50 GiB of storage, free and kept for good. It stacks on top of whatever plan you have, and costs nothing — it only ever adds to your allowances. Accounts created later do not have it.

What counts against a plan¶

The usage panels break the account down by what it holds — Files, Folders, Mixes, Pages, Domains, Teams, Design systems, Articles, Interviews — alongside Total size, Bandwidth and Downloads, per Period, with averages.

Going past an allowance is shown as Over quota with an Estimated overage, so the number appears before the invoice does. Changing plan mid-period is charged Pro-rata.
