Your profile Your profile

What is private and what is not

The page states it plainly, and it is worth reading once: your email address and real name stay private. The only things anyone else can see are your pseudo and your profile picture — which is why both are labelled (public).

Personal information

First name and last name each have an Edit. Email has a Change, because changing the address you sign in with is a different matter from correcting a typo in your name.

Email verification shows Verified or Not verified; unverified, there is a Verify Email button and a Send link to receive the confirmation again.

Not the same as a form's email step

This verifies your own address, as the account holder. Confirming a respondent's address is a separate thing done by the email step — one proves who owns the account, the other proves an answer came from a reachable mailbox.

Public info

Pseudo (public) is the name others see — Edit changes it. Profile picture (public) takes Upload new for a file from your device, or Use existing to pick one already in your files.

Billing details

What you want on the invoices we raise for you: a name, an address, the country (it decides the VAT treatment), and the identifiers a business needs — a VAT number in the EU, plus a SIREN and a SIRET in France. Fill it in once and every invoice starts from it, rather than from someone retyping your address. Leave what does not apply to you empty.

Also show the total in another currency is optional. Pick one and your invoices and receipts carry a second line under the total — soit environ 139.80 USD — converted at the European Central Bank's reference rate of the day, with that rate and its date printed beside it.

It is an indication, not a price

Invoices are issued in euros and payments are only accepted in euros. Your bank converts at its own rate on its own day and takes its own fee, so what you are actually charged will differ from the figure printed here. The euro amount is the one that counts.

Save billing details writes both.

Email preferences

Notification digest decides how often spOken emails you a summary rather than pinging you per event: Never, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly. Change picks one.

Set it to Never and the app stops emailing you about activity — it does not stop the transactional mail a form sends on your behalf, which belongs to the form rather than to your notification settings.

Newsletters

Below the digest sits Newsletters: every mailing list your address is part of, each with a toggle. Switching one off unsubscribes you, switching it back on resubscribes you — and it is exactly the same setting the unsubscribe link in those emails changes, so the two can never disagree. Clicked unsubscribe in an email and regretted it? This is where you come back in.

The list appears once your email address is verified — it manages what that address receives, so it has to be confirmed as yours first. Unverified, the section says so and points at the verification button just above.

An empty list simply means no mailing includes your address at the moment.
